1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We use them to keep you logged in and to understand how the product is used.
2. The cookies we use
Essential cookies (required for the service to work):
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
sb-[id]-auth-token | Keeps you logged in to Clarifeed (Supabase auth) | Session |
stripe-mid | Stripe fraud prevention | 1 year |
__stripe_sid | Stripe payment session | 30 minutes |
Analytics (no cookies): we use Google Analytics 4 in cookieless mode to count anonymised page visits. It loads for every visitor but stores no cookie or identifier on your device, so there is nothing to opt in to for analytics.
Advertising cookies (measure conversions from our ads):
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
_rdt_uuid | Reddit Ads pixel — measures sign-ups from Reddit advertising | Up to 3 months |
3. Cookies we do NOT use
- Facebook / Meta, TikTok, or other social ad pixels
- Cross-site profiles that follow you around the web beyond the ad-conversion measurement above
4. Managing cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from staying logged in to Clarifeed.
