Terms of Service

Clarifeed is a scope management tool that helps freelancers create scope documents, log scope changes, and track project history. It uses AI to generate document content.

Clarifeed is a product of RAVIA OPS LIMITED, a company registered in Ireland (Company Registration Number 812946), with its registered office at Deer Park Hotel, Howth, D13 T8K1, Dublin, Ireland.

• You must be 18 or over to use Clarifeed
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• One person per account — accounts are not transferable
• You're responsible for all activity under your account

• Clarifeed provides a €19/month subscription with a 10-day free trial (no card required)
• After the trial, a 3-day grace period applies before access is restricted
• After the grace period, access is locked until a payment method is added
• We may change features or pricing with 30 days notice

• You own the scope documents you generate
• You grant Clarifeed a licence to store and display your documents within the app
• Your anonymised engagement data contributes to benchmark intelligence unless you opt out
• Clarifeed is not responsible for outcomes arising from scope documents you send to clients

You agree not to:

• Use Clarifeed for anything unlawful
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service
• Share your account with others
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights

• Billing is monthly via Stripe
• You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing
• Cancellation stops future charges
• No refunds on the current billing period
• If your payment fails, we'll retry 3 times over 5 days before restricting access
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for non-payment

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Clarifeed, you agree to that policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, Clarifeed is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue, profit, or business arising from use of the service
• Outcomes of scope documents sent to clients
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Third-party service failures (Stripe, Anthropic, etc.)

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.

• You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Danger Zone
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you hold under the law of your country of residence.

We'll notify you by email 30 days before material changes to these terms take effect. Continued use of Clarifeed after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
