Refunds & cancellations

If you're not happy with Clarifeed Pro within 14 daysof your first payment, email us and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked, no forms, no friction.

• You can cancel anytime — your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
• We don't refund partial months after the 14-day window. Cancelling simply stops the next charge.

• Every new account gets a 10-day free trial — no card required.
• Cancel during the trial and you're never charged a cent.

Open Settings → Billing → Cancel plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep Pro until then. Prefer us to handle it? Email hello@clarifeed.comand we'll take care of it.

• Email hello@clarifeed.com from — or mentioning — the email on your account.
• We process approved refunds within 5 business days, back to your original payment method.
• Depending on your bank, the refund can take a few more days to appear on your statement.

Lifetime deals bought through AppSumo are governed by AppSumo's own refund policy, not this one. Use your AppSumo account to request a refund within their stated window.
