Refund Policy

Our policy is straightforward: cancel anytime, no questions asked. We don't offer refunds on the current billing period, but you'll never be charged for a period you've cancelled before.

1. Free trial

  • All new accounts receive a 10-day free trial
  • No credit card required during the trial
  • A 3-day grace period applies after the trial ends before access is restricted
  • You can cancel during the trial and will never be charged

2. Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing
  • Cancellation takes effect immediately
  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation

3. Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds on the current billing period
  • If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the end of that month — no partial refunds
  • Exception: if Clarifeed has been unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours in a billing period due to issues on our end, we will issue a pro-rata credit to your next invoice

4. Payment failures

  • If a payment fails, Stripe retries 3 times over 5 days
  • After 3 failed attempts, access is restricted until payment is resolved
  • Resolve payment issues in Settings → Billing

5. Disputes

If you believe you've been charged incorrectly, email hello@clarifeed.com within 30 days of the charge. We'll investigate and respond within 5 business days.

We'd always rather resolve a billing issue directly than have you dispute a charge with your bank — please reach out first.
