Deliverables

Revision limits

Advisory output is conversational and iterative by nature; written summaries include one round of correction for factual accuracy. Unused calls or async hours do not roll over to the following month unless agreed in writing in advance.

Out of scope

• ×Attending the client's internal meetings, standups, or board sessions
• ×Reviewing documents longer than {number} pages between calls
• ×Same-day or out-of-hours responses to non-urgent questions

Communication protocol

Async questions via {channel} answered within 2 business days. Calls cancelled with less than 24 hours notice count as delivered. The retainer covers the named contacts only; adding participants is a scope change.
